The Sheriff Sales are held once a month on a Tuesday. They are conducted on the first floor of the Belmont County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio in the Commissioners Meeting Room #11. All sales begin at 10:00 a.m.

Sheriff’s sale is held most Friday mornings at 10:00 a.m. in the lobby of the Clark County Common Pleas Courthouse, 101 North Limestone Street, Springfield Ohio 45502. There are no Sheriff’s Sales on Federal Holidays. The official listing of upcoming property to be sold can be found in The Springfield News-Sun (three consecutive weeks in advance of the sale). Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Sale
Foreclosure sales are conducted every Monday at 10:00 a.m., unless Monday is a holiday then the sale will be conducted on Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. The sales are held in the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113.
Darke County Sheriff’s Sale
The Sheriff is issued Orders of Sales from the Clerk of Courts Office. These sales are advertised in the Greenville Daily Advocate once every week for three consecutive weeks. All Sales are held on the 1 st floor of the courthouse inside the front door of main entrance at 10 AM on Fridays.
